I need help making model rocket for rocketry club?

Question by joe c: I need help making model rocket for rocketry club?
help please. im makin a rocket for my rocketry club and i don understand it that much. we hav to use a paper towel roll(aproxx. dim. 40mm x 280 mm) and we will b supplied with an Estes A 10-3T engine. This is just toget in to the club by the way. I kind of understand CG and CP bbut not that well. WE cant use metal and we have to atqach a launch lug (minumum 5 mm ineternal dameter) at the CG. Please giv me sights helping me or giv me sum advice.
also, what is a launch lug anyways? and also we need to hav a recovery system
please help and thank you in advance

    Get yourself one of them there big, long steel tubes. Weld something pointy to one end. Fill that dang thing up with all kinds of explosives. Stick a fuse into the flat end. Have a buddy hold the pointy end up. Light the fuse. Look at it go!
